Tribute to My Loving Brother, Pastor Isaac Toluwase Ekundayo Mogaji
Iโve reached the land of joy divine,
And all its beauty now is mine.
Here shines undimmed one blissful day,
For all my pain has passed away.
Oh, Beulah Land, sweet Beulah Land!
As on the highest mount I stand,
I look away across the sea,
Where mansions are prepared for me.
I view the shining glory shore,
My heaven, my home forevermore.
The strife is over, the battle is done,
The victory of life has been won.
The song of triumph has begun!
Yes, the songs of triumph have begun with Brother Tolu.
Oh men, where is thy glory?
Today, you shine like the morning star, but tomorrow you are no more.
Oh men, where is thy glory?
It is said that โMen live like they never lived.โ This is true, but in every generation, there are a few good men who leave a permanent mark on the hearts of others. Not only will history echo their legacy, but generations yet unborn will be reminded of their valour.
Brother Tolu,
Your passing was a rude shock, a devastating blow that left a great vacuum in our family. Words can not fully express the pain in our hearts because your death was the least expected at this time.
You were a model, a teacher, a preacher of the Word, and a help to all who crossed your path. Your sincerity of purpose, honour, courage in breaking new ground, and your high sense of dedication were unparalleled.
You were transparent, honest, selfless, and deeply devoted to your family, community, and the kingdom of God. You were a fountain of help and inspiration, a generous and considerate soul who uplifted everyone around you.
The role you played in my life, from my younger days until now, will never be forgotten. Your words of encouragement, your unfeigned love, and your tireless support for our progress will linger in our hearts forever.
Indeed, you have gone to rest in the arms of your Creator, whom you served so faithfully. Your legacy, which has touched countless lives positively, will forever remain alive in our hearts.
Brother Tolu, we are eternally grateful for the life you lived. You have left an indelible mark, and though our hearts are heavy, we find solace in knowing you are resting in the bosom of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Rest on, dear Brother, till we meet again to part no more.
